In this phase I help you identify the damage that’s been done to your body & mindset from years of dieting.
We have to identify what years of dieting has done to you to know exactly what problems me need to fix immediately so you never have problems with weight loss again.
We do this in phase 1 so we can go into phase 2 with a healed, healthy metabolism that works and solid relationship with food so your body actually has the ability to work with you to burn fat and get you the body composition and improved health results you want.
PHASE 2 - The fat loss acceleration & lifestyle integration phase
In this phase I help you integrate healthy habits into your individual life so your plan always works with whatever you got going on in your life. Knowing how to do this make it super easy to stay consistent no matter what situation you find yourself in.
Have dinner plans, a party, a busy work schedule or vacation coming up? No problem! You’ll know exactly how to pivot and know what to do so you never fall off the wagon and always have a plan that gets you results while allowing you to still enjoy your life without restriction.
PHASE 3 - The maintenance phase
You know how when you lose weight your body fights back to put it back on? I want the opposite for you.
During this phase you’ll get to a point where your body fights you to keep the weight off. Hi there!
I'm Laurine, the heart and soul behind The Strong Girl Company. My own personal struggles with my body dysmorphia, binge eating and exercise. Along with the holes I saw working in the fitness and wellness industry for over a decade. Led me to develop my Barbell Boss coaching program that's transformed the lives of 100's of women from all over the world!
Like a lot of women I found myself stuck in the yo-yo diet trap for years. Always blaming myself for not having enough "willpower" when I inevitably burnt out and found myself surrounded by empty containers after a binge.
It wasn't until I decided to completely quit competing in bodybuilding & heal my relationship with food & my body that everything changed for me
I believe sustainability and keeping our relationship with food, our body & exercise healthy are the most important when to comes to a fitness & health journey.
My goal with this program is to obviously get you killer results! But my ultimate goals are to help you reach your health & fitness goals in the healthiest most sustainable way possible, so you can have a healthy relationship with food, your body and exercise.
