I WORKOUT AT A GYM ALREADY. DO YOU HAVE A PROGRAM THAT WILL TEACH ME HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT IN THE GYM?

YES! The 90 Day Strong Babe Blueprint Program is for women who workout at home or in the gym. The at home program uses smaller pieces of equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells & your own bodyweight.


The in gym version of the program uses the larger pieces of equipment like barbells, cables, machines, dumbbells, kettlebells etc.

I'M SCARED TO HURT MYSELF. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT I'M DOING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY?

The 90 Day Strong Babe Blueprint & 1/1 Personal Training option comes with audio & video instruction. You also get added coaching calls so I can check your form and keep you on track.
